This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain SOPs and user guides. Develop technical reports and executive products. Develop and maintain controlled documents. Manage document review and revision cycles. Translate SME input into clear, standardized documentation.

What You Bring:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in English, communications, technical writing, journalism, healthcare, information technology, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Minimum 3 years of technical writing/editing experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, technical reports, executive products, and controlled documents. Experience managing review/revision cycles and translating SME input into clear, standardized documentation.
