Work Environment On-site / In-house We are looking for a talented and dependable In-House Video Editor to join our growing content team in Costa Mesa. This role is focused primarily on editing professionally filmed, documentary-style video content. You will work closely with our project manager and production team to turn raw footage into polished, engaging final videos. Responsibilities Edit documentary-style video content from raw footage through final delivery Create different versions and edits as needed Organize and manage video footage and project files Perform color correction and basic color grading Edit and mix dialogue, music, and audio Add titles, graphics, captions, and other visual elements when needed Maintain consistency in style, quality, and branding across projects Make revisions based on feedback from the project manager and team Manage multiple editing projects and meet production deadlines Export and prepare final videos in the appropriate formats for different platforms Qualifications Strong experience with professional video editing Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software Strong storytelling instincts and ability to create compelling edits Experience editing interviews, documentary-style footage, branded content, or similar projects preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and file-management skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions Reliable and able to consistently work on-site in Costa Mesa This is an in-house position for someone who enjoys editing, storytelling, and being part of a collaborative production environment.
