We craft all of our textiles in-house for apparel, accessories, and home products, delivering joyful, high-quality creations to our customers through direct-to-consumer channels and retail stores. Job Summary Lesley Evers is looking for a talented, detail-oriented Photo & Video Editor to join our creative team part-time. This role will focus primarily on editing and retouching photography for our e-commerce website, with additional video editing for our website, email, and social media. We photograph new products and collections regularly, so we're looking for someone with a strong eye for color, lighting, composition, and consistency who can help give all of our imagery a polished, elevated look. What You'll Do Edit and retouch studio and lifestyle photography for our website Color correct images for accurate garment and print representation Adjust exposure, lighting, white balance, skin tone, shadows, and backgrounds Retouch product and model images while keeping them natural and realistic Batch edit large groups of images efficiently and consistently Prepare, crop, resize, and export images for web and digital use Maintain a consistent visual style across product photography Edit short-form video for our website, social media, and marketing Organize and manage photo and video files Work closely with our design and marketing teams to select and finalize imagery Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Experience with Adobe Bridge or a similar digital asset-management workflow Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or similar video-editing software Excellent understanding of color correction, retouching, masking, selections, and background cleanup Strong eye for color accuracy, particularly with apparel and printed fabrics Experience editing fashion, product, portrait, or e-commerce photography strongly preferred Comfortable working with RAW image files Ability to batch-process images while maintaining consistency Good understanding of image resolution, file formats, color profiles, and web optimization Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with Capture One, After Effects, AI-assisted editing tools, or photography/studio lighting would be a plus, but I wouldn't make those requirements.
