We are currently looking for a highly creative visual designer / creator to help us expand into: AI-generated music videos cinematic short films emotionally grounded visual storytelling character/worldbuilding visuals and future drama/film-style projects This is not a typical short-form content role. We are looking for someone who understands: atmosphere emotional pacing cinematic storytelling visual tone music-driven emotion and mature human storytelling Our audience is primarily U.S.-based adults, especially women 40+, and the emotional realism of the content is extremely important to us. What You'll Be Working On AI-assisted music videos Cinematic visual concepts Character-driven short-form storytelling Mood films / emotional trailers Visual worldbuilding for recurring personas Potential long-form narrative/drama development Tools / Experience We're Interested In Experience with some or all of the following is highly preferred: Kling Runway Higgsfield Luma Sora Pika ComfyUI Midjourney Flux AI lip-sync / character consistency workflows Editing software such as Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects, etc. You do NOT need to be an expert in every tool.

What matters most is:

creative instinct emotional taste storytelling sensibility visual atmosphere and the ability to build emotionally compelling content rather than generic AI visuals. Important We are NOT looking for: generic anime edits meme content flashy AI demo reels purely technical AI experiments hyper-trendy TikTok aesthetics We are much more interested in: cinematic restraint emotionally lived-in visuals mature storytelling subtle performances atmospheric realism and visual storytelling that feels human. About the Project ~1M followers across platforms ~1M Spotify monthly listeners Weekly music releases Ongoing long-term worldbuilding project Growing focus on cinematic storytelling and narrative IP development We are currently in an early but rapidly growing phase and are looking for collaborators who want to help build something long-term. DTLA-based collaboration is strongly preferred for core team roles.
