Role:
We're looking for a versatile Photo & Video Editor / Content Producer to support our creative team on a contract basis, working approximately two days per week. The role will focus primarily on video editing and post-production, with photo and video capture support as needed. Working closely with the Creative Lead, this person will take projects from raw footage and photography through final delivery, producing high-quality visual content that maintains a consistent visual standard and supports the company's brand, storytelling, and communications needs. Responsibilities Edit video content using DaVinci Resolve Edit, color correct, and process photography using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Organize and manage photo and video assets Work with the Creative Lead to execute creative direction across projects Maintain consistency in visual style, color, pacing, and quality Prepare and export final assets for web, social, presentations, marketing, and other uses Occasionally assist with on-location or in-studio photo and video capture Operate Sony camera systems and related production equipment Incorporate feedback and manage revisions through final delivery Help maintain an organized post-production workflow Requirements Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop Experience editing both video and photography Familiarity with Sony professional and mirrorless camera systems Professional experience within aerospace, technology, or a marketing team/department Strong understanding of color, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the Creative Lead Preferred Skills & Experience Motion graphics or animation experience, including After Effects, Fusion, or similar tools Experience capturing content in technical, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or other fast-paced environments Familiarity with professional lighting, audio, camera support, and production workflows The salary range listed for this role is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope and responsibilities, relevant experience, education and training, key skills, market data, and business needs.
