Job Description
Responsibilities
Review documentary and baseball footage to identify compelling emotional, humorous, and surprising moments
Edit 15-60 second videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
Add dynamic captions, graphics, zooms, punch-ins, music, and sound effects
Organize footage and maintain project assets in Frame.io
Assist with transcript cleanup, speaker identification, and media organization
Requirements
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
Strong understanding of short-form social video storytelling
Ability to identify engaging moments and craft strong hooks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in sports, documentary filmmaking, and digital media
Confident, creative, and able to independently execute concepts from start to finish
Self-starter who takes ownership of projects
