We're looking for a creative, fast-paced Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to help create engaging highlight content from our live breaks, streams, and big card pulls across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, social media trends, and the excitement of the sports card hobby. The position will focus heavily on clipping high-energy moments, editing engaging videos, and helping grow our online presence through consistent content output. Responsibilities Clip highlight moments from live breaks, streams, and recorded content Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Post and schedule content across social media platforms Create engaging captions, thumbnails, and titles for videos Identify viral-worthy moments including major card pulls, reactions, and high-value hits Organize and maintain video content libraries Work closely with streamers and marketing team to maximize engagement and reach Assist with basic graphic design and promotional content as needed Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms Requirements Experience editing short-form content for social media Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and viral content trends Experience with video editing software such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Agorapulse or similar Ability to work quickly and efficiently with fast turnaround times Strong attention to detail and organization Passion for sports cards, collectibles, or live-streaming content is highly preferred Ability to identify exciting moments and create engaging edits that drive views and engagement Experience managing or growing social media accounts Compensation & Schedule $27-$40/hour with bonuses based on performance Performance-based bonuses available based on content growth and engagement Full-time, in-house position Monday-Friday schedule Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed for major shows, product releases, or large live events How to Apply Apply here or message us directly with your resume, portfolio, and examples of short-form content or edits you've created.
