Full Job Description Position Title:
Video Editor
POSITION SUMMARY
The Video Editor will work closely with our Content Creators, who handle the filming and production of content, while taking ownership of the post-production process. The Video Editor will transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos designed for today's social-first audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with a team of Content Creators who capture video footage in-house Take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives Edit short-form, social-first videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Add graphics, transitions, motion elements, sound, and visual effects to enhance content performance Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain brand consistency across all video assets Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to bring campaign concepts to life Additonal duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Experience with After Effects and motion graphics Advanced skills in Canva Understanding of social-first content and current video trends Highly organized with excellent project management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience creating content for consumer brands Knowledge of video performance best practices across social platforms Photography, videography, or production experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
