Job Description
Studio Hotrods is looking for a part-time video editor to join our team, help create content for our YouTube channel, and spend some time working in what we like to think is the coolest hot rod shop on the planet. The editing is fairly simple and straightforward — primarily cutting together footage and adding cutaways/B-roll. We're looking for someone who can learn and edit in our existing YouTube format and style. Check out the Studio Hotrods YouTube channel to get an idea of how our videos are currently edited. What we're looking for: Part-time availability Basic video editing experience Creativity is important — knowing when and how to use cutaways, B-roll, humor, and other elements to make the video more entertaining Ability to match our existing editing format and style Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or whatever editing software you prefer Good sense of pacing and what keeps a YouTube video interesting Reliable and able to meet deadlines Interest in cars is a plus, but not required Studio Hotrods - Richmond, IL Interested?
