- The Brad Kappel Team is Maryland's #1 Waterfront Real Estate Team, based in our flagship office at 103 Annapolis Street in West Annapolis. We are launching
- Make Your Move
- , a monthly video podcast hosted by Brad Kappel and recorded in our new, state of the art podcast studio. The show will explore real estate, the Chesapeake waterfront lifestyle, and the people and businesses that make our community special.
- The Role
- We are looking for a talented, reliable freelance producer to run our recording sessions and deliver polished, final cut episodes. You will be the technical and creative lead behind the scenes, making sure every episode looks and sounds exceptional.
- Responsibilities
- Operate the studio on recording days, including camera, lighting, audio, and switching setup
- Manage the flow of each session and ensure a smooth experience for Brad and his guests
- Edit full length video episodes, including color, audio mixing, graphics, and branded intro and outro elements
- Create short form clips optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Deliver final files in the formats needed for YouTube and podcast platforms on an agreed timeline
- Collaborate with our Director of Marketing on scheduling, branding, and content priorities
- Offer creative ideas to help the show grow and improve over time
- What We're Looking For
- Proven experience producing and editing podcast or interview style video content (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong audio editing and mixing skills
- Comfort working with multicamera studio setups
- Excellent eye for detail and a polished, high end aesthetic
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working alongside clients and guests
- Based within commuting distance of Annapolis
- Nice to Have
- Experience growing a podcast or YouTube channel
- Motion graphics skills
- Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, or real estate content
- Compensation
- Competitive per episode or project rate based on experience.
