Job Description
eLearning ensures a standard look and feel in all SAU online and blended courses. Student workers will assist the eLearning team in maintaining quality within courses in Brightspace, the learning management system (LMS). Students will be trained to add content, check hyperlinks and courses to ensure accuracy, and assist in special projects to support the eLearning team. In addition, students may be asked to perform additional tasks as needed.

- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High level of time management skills, attention to detail
- Able to closely follow directions, refer to established documentation, and ask questions when necessary
- Drive to take initiative and complete projects within established guidelines
- Ability to analyze problems and apply critical thinking techniques
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to closely proofread for spelling and grammatical errors
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Brightspace learning management system and/or experience taking an online course
- Familiar with Box, Google Drive, or other cloud-based file management system
- Ability to comfortably use Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with digital asset creation/editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.) a plus.
- Comfortable using generative artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline repetitive tasks when directed.
- High comfort level with internet search and navigation
