This is a sub-contractor (1099) position, no equipment required. Principle Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content aligned with brand and project goals Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to execute vision and storytelling Cut, sequence, and refine footage for pacing, clarity, and emotional impact Add music, sound effects, color correction, and motion graphics as needed Manage and organize video assets, project files, and exports efficiently Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs, deadlines, and platform requirements Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately across revision rounds Stay current with editing trends, tools, and best practices Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated design experience and excellent eye for creating and reviewing visual communications. 1 year of professional video editing experience required Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects expierience highly desirable. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, and project management skills. Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to plan ahead.
