We make what we sell, we ship it from our own warehouse, and we have a community of makers who have been tying knots with our cord for over a decade. We are hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist to work directly alongside our Creative Lead. This is a hands-on production role: you will shoot, edit, post, and report. You will be behind the camera in our studio, in Premiere and Photoshop at your desk, and in the comments on our social channels. Content production Shoot product and lifestyle photography/video in our in-house studio, including new product launches, promotional campaigns, and tutorial content. Edit and retouch photography/video for product listings, the website, email, and social. Shoot and edit short-form video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Craft prototypes and assist on set as needed. Design promotional graphics and produce sized variants for paid campaigns across multiple paid ads channels. Social media Maintain social content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Write and schedule posts and captions in an established brand voice.

Handle daily community engagement:

comments, replies, reposts, and creator shout-outs. Deliver weekly by-post performance reports and flag what is working. Marketing support Maintain shared asset and product data sheets that feed our email and ad platforms. Assist with catalog and website content audits. Support affiliate and creator outreach. Research trends and competitor content and bring ideas to the table. What you bring Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Full Adobe suite a plus. You will be asked to walk through your editing process. Experience operating a DSLR camera for both photo and video, including lighting a product shot. A portfolio of short-form video and product or lifestyle photography you had a hand in producing (specify role). Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest as a publisher, not just a user. Clean writing. You can draft content that sounds like a brand, not a bot. Comfort working from a task list in a project management tool and reporting on your own output. Self-direction. You take a brief, ask the right questions once, and come back with the work. Nice to have Klaviyo, Office 365, Meta Business Suite, or Canva experience. Familiarity with marketplace or DTC product listings. Interest/experience in crafting, outdoor gear, DIY, or making things by hand. How this role is set up Sits on the marketing team alongside paid media, merchandising, and development. Hands-on training in our studio, editing workflow, and social calendar. After onboarding you are producing independently and collaboratively. Daily editing and engagement, weekly posting and reporting, bi-weekly photography and Reels. You will have a direct hand in cross-channel promotional campaigns and new product launches.
