Content Creator & Field Assistant

About Us Gikas Roofing is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Rockland and Westchester. Our team is tight-knit — we back each other up and we actually care about the work we put out, on rooftops and online. If you're the type of person who's always on your phone anyway, has a natural eye for what looks good on camera, and gets genuinely excited about building something from the ground up — you'll fit right in. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk role. You'll be out in the field, on job sites, shooting content, and making us look as good as the work we do. If that sounds like your kind of day, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Visit active and completed job sites to film and photograph our work
• Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Write captions and post content consistently across our social platforms
• Help grow our online presence and brand with a consistent posting schedule
• Drop off permit packages at local building departments in Rockland and Westchester County (permits are fully prepared by our office — you just deliver them)
• Drive around in a company smart car!
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks

• Experience creating and editing short-form video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
• Active and knowledgeable on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Comfortable working outdoors on job sites — this is a field-based role
• Self-starter who can manage a content calendar without being micromanaged
