Job Description
We have a client seeking a Video Content Producer to create polished video content supporting district communications, leadership initiatives, events, and community engagement. This is a long-term consulting opportunity that requires working onsite in Allentown, PA 5x a week. This person will film and edit content across schools and district locations, producing event recaps, leadership videos, promotional content, and other professional communications pieces. Responsibilities include shooting footage, editing, adding graphics, titles, music, and audio, and collaborating with the Communications team to turn scripts and ideas into finished video content. The ideal candidate has professional videography, video production, or content creation experience, strong editing and post-production skills, and a portfolio demonstrating polished video work. Basic AV knowledge, including presentations, embedded video, microphones, and sound troubleshooting, is helpful but is not the primary focus of the role. Education, nonprofit, agency, government, or community-focused experience is a plus.
