Job Description
Description We have a client seeking a Video Content Producer to create polished video content supporting district communications, leadership initiatives, events, and community engagement. This is a long-term consulting opportunity that requires working onsite in Allentown, PA 5x a week. This person will film and edit content across schools and district locations, producing event recaps, leadership videos, promotional content, and other professional communications pieces. Responsibilities include shooting footage, editing, adding graphics, titles, music, and audio, and collaborating with the Communications team to turn scripts and ideas into finished video content. The ideal candidate has professional videography, video production, or content creation experience, strong editing and post-production skills, and a portfolio demonstrating polished video work. Basic AV knowledge, including presentations, embedded video, microphones, and sound troubleshooting, is helpful but is not the primary focus of the role. Education, nonprofit, agency, government, or community-focused experience is a plus. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in videography, video production, digital storytelling, or related content creation work.
- Strong editing and post-production capabilities with the ability to turn source material into high-quality finished videos.
- Ability to work independently while filming in different settings such as schools, offices, and public events.
- Proven project coordination skills with the capacity to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment, recording tools, and presentation technology.
- A portfolio showcasing completed video projects and overall production quality.
- Experience in education, nonprofit, agency, or community-centered environments is preferred.
