Job Overview Junior Video Editor - Confidential Search Atlanta, GA | On-Site Full-Time A fast-growing sports, media, and ecommerce company is seeking a talented Junior Video Editor to join its Atlanta-based creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging editor who wants to sharpen their skills in a high-output production environment while creating engaging digital content for a large and growing audience. The Role Your primary focus will be transforming raw footage into polished, engaging long-form YouTube and digital content, including studio shows, vlogs, interviews, original series, and event-based content. We're looking for someone who loves editing and thinks beyond simply assembling footage. You care about pacing, storytelling, viewer engagement, sound, and the small details that turn a good video into a great one. You should be eager to learn, comfortable receiving feedback, and excited about developing your craft alongside an experienced creative team. What You'll Do Edit long-form YouTube and digital content from raw footage through final delivery Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, transitions, color, and other elements to strengthen storytelling Collaborate with editors, producers, and creatives to improve content quality and performance Manage multiple editing projects and meet production deadlines Occasionally assist with filming, live streams, and media/data management Support content production at major industry events, including occasional weekend travel Continue developing your editing and storytelling skills alongside an experienced production team What We're Looking For 2-5 years of professional, freelance, or personal video editing experience Strong portfolio demonstrating YouTube or digital content Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of pacing, flow, and visual storytelling Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to receive feedback, learn quickly, and continually improve Bonus Points Graphic design or motion graphics experience Experience working within a professional production or editing environment Compensation & Benefits Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; professional development and on-the-job training; and relocation assistance where applicable.
