Pay:

$22-28/hour, based on experience About Us Restoration Route is a faith-based coaching and content brand helping women rebuild their lives after divorce. We're growing our live event and webinar presence and need a skilled, hands-on producer to bring our content to life. What You'll Do Run live production for webinars and our multi-night Challenge program using OBS Manage camera, audio, and screen-share setups for a polished live experience Edit recorded sessions, Reels, and short-form video content Troubleshoot tech issues in real time during live broadcasts Collaborate with our host/MC and content team to plan visual flow for events Support in-person AV setup for occasional live day events What We're Looking For Experience with OBS Studio (required) Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Descript, or similar) Comfortable troubleshooting live tech issues under pressure Strong communication and a collaborative spirit Alignment with our mission of faith-rooted, hope-forward content is a plus.
