Important Information Indeed requires an annual salary range for this posting. Braca Media is not currently hiring for a traditional full-time salaried position. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity . Compensation is provided on a per-project basis , and actual earnings depend on the number and type of projects you choose to accept. There are no guaranteed hours or annual earnings , and opportunities are offered as projects become available. As Braca Media continues to expand its client base, our goal is to create more frequent and consistent paid opportunities for our team. Position Overview As a Media Production Partner , you'll become part of Braca Media's production team, working on a variety of creative projects throughout the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.

Projects may include:

Live sports broadcasts Commercial video production Photography sessions Business promotional videos Podcasts Documentary productions Live streaming Social media content Community events Special productions This position is designed to be flexible. Team members choose assignments based on their availability, making it an excellent opportunity for college students, freelancers, working professionals, or anyone looking to gain real-world production experience while building their portfolio. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on each production but may include: Operating broadcast and cinema cameras Capturing photography for clients and events Recording video for promotional content Editing video and photo content Assisting with live stream productions Operating replay systems Creating graphics for broadcasts and social media Assisting with production setup and teardown Commentating sporting events Managing social media coverage during events Collaborating with producers, directors, and other crew members Maintaining professional communication with clients and teammates Representing Braca Media in a professional manner Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are dependable, creative, and passionate about media production. Preferred experience includes one or more of the following: Videography Photography Camera operation Video editing Live broadcasting Replay operation Graphics operation Commentary or sports broadcasting Social media content creation Digital storytelling Additional qualifications: Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation to productions throughout the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Adobe After Effects DaVinci Resolve OBS Studio Blackmagic Design equipment ATEM switchers Ross XPression vMix DSLR or mirrorless cameras Current college students, recent graduates, freelancers, and experienced professionals are all encouraged to apply. Compensation Braca Media is currently in its startup phase and is actively growing its client base. Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and will always be discussed before accepting an assignment. Some projects may offer immediate paid opportunities, while others may initially be volunteer or portfolio-building opportunities designed to provide valuable experience.
