This role focuses on editing educational videos, adding motion graphics and animations, creating thumbnails, and helping improve the overall quality and pacing of our content. The ideal candidate understands YouTube-style editing, can turn raw footage into polished videos, and knows how to create content that keeps viewers engaged. Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished YouTube videos Add animations, motion graphics, zooms, sound effects, music, and on-screen text Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails Improve pacing, storytelling, and viewer engagement Organize project files and manage media assets Collaborate with our team on video concepts and revisions Maintain consistent branding and visual style across videos Qualifications Experience editing videos for YouTube or social media Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Experience with motion graphics and animations using After Effects or similar software Graphic design skills for thumbnail creation Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Interest in education, business, or economics content is a plus Preferred Experience growing or editing for YouTube channels Familiarity with YouTube retention and engagement strategies Basic audio editing and color correction skills About Us We are a small company creating educational content for students around the world.
