Video Editor

We're looking for a talented Part-Time Video Editor to join our team and help bring our clients' brands to life through short-form video content. You'll work closely with our creative team to edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos that are polished, on-brand, and built to perform. This is a part-time, hourly position, and (for the right person) there is a clear path to full-time as we continue to grow. We're growing, our clients are growing, and we need a video editor who's ready to grow with us. This isn't a "clock in, cut some clips, clock out" kind of role. We want someone who takes ownership, pushes creative boundaries, and is always asking: how do we make this better? Here's What You'll Own... This isn't a job where someone tells you exactly what to do on every frame. You'll have real creative latitude and real accountability to match. Edit Reels/Shorts and YouTube/long-form for a diverse roster of clients Drive the visual story: pacing, cuts, motion graphics, captions, sound — all of it Develop and refine editing styles that are unique to each client's brand voice Spot what's not working and fix it before anyone asks you to Collaborate with our team, contribute ideas, and make the work better for everyone Evolve your craft: we expect you to bring new ideas to the table regularly You Might Be Our Person If... You obsess over pacing, transitions, and sound design even on "simple" edits You don't wait to be told what's trending... you already know You have opinions about what makes short-form content great (and you're not shy about them) You can take a loose creative brief and turn it into something that exceeds expectations Fast turnarounds don't stress you out (they energize you) You're constantly tinkering: new plugins, new techniques, new workflows You want to be part of building something, not just fulfilling a task list Your Experience 2-5 years of video editing experience with a portfolio that proves it Proficiency & a ridiculous level of efficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut A sharp eye for what works on social and why The ability to work fast without cutting corners on quality Strong communication skills (responsive, clear, and easy to work with)
