This is your chance to help build a content platform while working directly with the CEO of one of the nation's fastest-growing private homebuilders. At Stylecraft, we're looking for a creative, driven individual who lives and breathes content. If you're already filming, editing, posting, or building your own audience, this is an opportunity to take those skills to the next level and create content that reaches thousands of people. Why This Isn't Your Average Student Gig Build Alongside a CEO You'll work directly with Doug French, CEO of Stylecraft, creating content that gives people a behind-the-scenes look at business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and the homebuilding industry. Real Experience. Real Ownership. This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll be behind the camera, in the edit bay, helping create content that actually gets published. Grow Your Portfolio Fast You'll gain hands-on experience shooting, editing, storytelling, and content strategy while building a body of work you can showcase for years to come. Room to Grow As the platform grows, so can your role. What starts as a student contract position could evolve into a larger content production opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Content Creation Join Doug on-site at communities, job sites, events, meetings, and other day-to-day activities. Capture high-quality vertical video for social media platforms. Shoot candid moments, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes content. Video Editing Edit engaging short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software. Add captions, hooks, graphics, transitions, and pacing that keep viewers engaged. Deliver polished videos within agreed-upon timelines. Creative Collaboration Help brainstorm content ideas and trending topics. Suggest hooks, angles, and storytelling ideas. Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices. Build the Content Library Organize footage and create a collection of videos and photos that can be used across multiple platforms. What We're Looking For We're less interested in job titles and more interested in talent, creativity, and initiative. You'll be a great fit if you: Have experience creating or editing short-form video content. Understand what makes videos perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms. Are comfortable filming in real-world environments. Have strong communication skills and aren't afraid to ask questions. Are reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Can balance the role with your school schedule.
Bonus Points If:
You already create content for your own channel or social accounts. You have experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. You're interested in business, entrepreneurship, real estate, or storytelling. You enjoy turning everyday moments into engaging content.

Flexible around school. Typically one shoot day (Friday's) per week plus editing time.
