Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Editor to join our innovative content team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that engage and inspire audiences across multiple platforms. Your expertise in video storytelling, post-production techniques, and visual effects will be essential in delivering high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from promotional videos to social media campaigns, all while honing your technical skills and creative talents. Duties Edit and assemble raw video footage using advanced media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to craft polished final products. Enhance videos through color correction, color grading, and editing for optimal visual impact using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to elevate storytelling and create engaging content that captures viewers' attention. Manage audio and video processing tasks including sound editing, mixing, and syncing to ensure high-quality audio-visual synchronization. Collaborate with producer to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Organize and manage media assets efficiently using content management systems, FTP servers, and digital asset libraries for seamless workflow continuity. Qualifications Proven experience in video editing with demonstrated storytelling through visual media. Examples are welcomed. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop. Skilled in color correction/editing, motion graphics creation, and post-production workflows. Familiarity with media editing tools like Adobe Bridge, Capture One, Lightroom, and photography basics such as photo editing and manipulation
