We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist / Content Producer who can help turn everything we already have into high-performing content and paid advertising. This is not a position for someone who only posts to Instagram. We need someone who understands how to create content that gets attention, keeps people watching, drives clicks, and ultimately sells product. What You'll Do Develop creative concepts for Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other paid social platforms. Create and test new advertising hooks, angles and offers. Write short-form video scripts, hooks and talking points. Create shot lists for models, ambassadors and UGC creators. Direct our in-house team and creators on what content to film. Film content inside our Houston production facility when needed. Edit short-form video advertisements. Create static and carousel ads from existing product photography. Turn customer reviews into advertising concepts and creative. Build campaigns around products, collections, seasonal drops and promotions. Re-edit winning advertisements into new versions and formats. Review advertising performance and identify which creative angles are working. Track creative performance including CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate and video retention. Work closely with our marketing and ownership team on promotions and product launches. Organize and maintain a library of advertisements, footage, hooks and winning creative. Help develop repeatable creative systems rather than producing random one-off content. What We're Looking For We care more about what you can create than where you went to school. You should have experience with several of the following: Meta Ads TikTok Ads Instagram Reels TikTok content Direct-response advertising UGC advertising Short-form video editing CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software Photoshop, Canva or similar design tools AI-assisted creative tools Copywriting and advertising hooks Creative testing E-commerce marketing Experience with Shopify or apparel/fashion brands is a major plus. The Person We Want You should be able to look at a product and immediately start thinking: "What are five different ways we can sell this?" You should understand that one product can have multiple advertising angles — price, lifestyle, quality, identity, humor, urgency, social proof, behind-the-scenes production and more. We want someone who is comfortable experimenting. Some ads will win. Some will fail. Your job is to figure out why and make the next round better. What You'll Have Access To You won't be starting from scratch.
