Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, visual-driven Video & Content Creator to capture, edit, and publish engaging content for our program.
This role is primarily hands-on:
attending practices, training sessions, and match days to film high-quality footage and transform it into dynamic social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Field Filming:
Capture high-quality video and photo coverage at all team practices, workouts, and home/away games.
Content Creation:
Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, game highlights, behind-the-scenes features, and graphics) optimized for social channels.
Social Media Management:
Execute match-day coverage (live updates, score graphics, clips) and maintain a consistent posting schedule across program accounts.
Asset Management:
Organize and archive raw footage and graphics assets for team and staff use throughout the season.
Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated experience with handheld/stabilized camera operation and mobile content creation. Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar) and graphics tools (Canva/Photoshop). Strong knowledge of current social media trends, audio trends, and platform best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and game days. Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site during team activities.
