About the Role I'm looking for a creative, energetic videographer to work with me approximately once a week for a two hour shoot , capturing natural, engaging, vlog-style video content. This is not traditional corporate videography and I'm not looking for highly staged or overly produced content. I want someone who understands how to follow a personality naturally, recognize great moments as they're happening, and capture footage that feels authentic, interesting and fun to watch. Think YouTube vlog / personality-driven content —natural conversations, candid moments, movement, reactions, great B-roll and those little moments that make viewers feel like they're along for the experience. What I'm Looking For You should have a strong creative eye and instinctively recognize: When to grab a close-up or reaction When something happening naturally is worth capturing Interesting camera angles and movement Opportunities for great B-roll How to follow someone comfortably without making the footage feel staged What makes personality-driven YouTube content engaging and watchable You should be comfortable working in an unscripted environment where we may have a general plan for the shoot, but some of the best content happens spontaneously. The Details This is approximately one 2-hour shoot per week . No editing is required. I'm specifically looking for someone to film and capture the raw footage. Shoots will generally be in the Phoenix metro area, so reliable transportation is important. You should have your own professional-quality camera equipment and be comfortable capturing high-quality audio as well as video. Scheduling may vary from week to week, so some flexibility is helpful.
