Alexandria Films is hiring a videographer to capture behind-the-scenes content for a one-day haircare brand launch campaign in LA. You'll run alongside the stills team for the full day, and your footage becomes the brand's launch content across social and digital.

THE SHOOT

• One studio day, two sets: editorial portraits on a hand-painted canvas backdrop, plus beauty and product moments on seamless
• Talent: professional models plus the brand's founders
• Dedicated hair and makeup team on set all day. Hair is the story of this campaign
• Creative direction and a full shot list are in place

WHAT WE NEED CAPTURED

Enough coverage for 15 BTS-style social assets:

• 8 pieces at 20 to 30 sec
• 5 to 7 pieces at 10 to 15 sec Key moments: talent arrivals, hair and makeup transformations, hair styling with the product line, set builds and setups, product application, founder moments, and the overall energy of the day.

This is a capture-only role. Editing is handled by our post team. Your job is great coverage and an organized footage handoff at wrap (labeled by setup/moment).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• LA-based videographer with your own camera package, lenses, and media
• A reel with strong BTS, beauty, or fashion content, ideally social-first
• Real strength capturing Black women across a range of skin tones and hair textures
• Able to move fast and stay invisible on a busy set without getting in the stills team's way
• Comfortable shooting for vertical social
• Discretion.
