Videographer — Real Estate & Lifestyle Content MK Group is looking for a creative freelance videographer to join our content team on a project basis. We produce high-quality video content for luxury real estate, and we're looking for someone who doesn't just press record — we want someone who brings fresh ideas, bold concepts, and a unique visual style to every shoot. What You'll Be Shooting- Luxury home tours — cinematic walkthroughs of high-end listings
- Property & listing videos — interior and exterior coverage
- Community & neighborhood features — showcasing the lifestyle around our properties
- Team introduction videos — agent profiles and brand content
- Short-form social content — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
- Daily vlog-style content — behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life footage What We're Looking For
- Creativity first.
We want someone who:
- Comes to the table with original concepts and creative direction — not just a shot list
- Experiments with innovative camera techniques — creative transitions, unique angles, movement, framing, and pacing that make people stop scrolling
- Stays on top of emerging trends and new visual styles, and knows how to adapt them to our brand
- Thinks about storytelling, not just footage — every video should have a hook, a flow, and a reason to keep watching
- Is genuinely excited to pitch ideas, try new approaches, and push the creative bar higher Technical requirements
- Proven experience in videography (real estate or lifestyle content is a strong plus)
- Must own your own gear — camera, lenses, stabilizer/gimbal, lighting, and audio
- Drone experience required — you can operate a drone confidently and safely for aerial property and community shots (licensed / FAA Part 107 certification preferred)
- Strong editing skills — you can cut raw footage into polished short-form videos
- A solid understanding of short-video storytelling: hooks, pacing, trending formats, and what performs on social platforms
- Comfortable shooting vlog-style content — natural, personable, and engaging
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Nice to Have
- Color grading experience
- Motion graphics / on-screen text and captions
- Your own vehicle and ability to travel to shoot locations Details
