Content Creator / Videographer (Business & Real Estate Content) San Rafael, CA Part-Time | 2-3 Days Per Week | On-Site We are looking for a creative content creator/videographer to work directly with a business owner in Marin County. Content will revolve around entrepreneurship, real estate, business acquisitions, lifestyle, and scaling a salon equity roll-up business. This role is for someone who understands modern social media content, knows how to capture attention quickly, and can create polished short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You should already have experience creating engaging or viral-style content and understand pacing, hooks, framing, storytelling, lighting, and editing styles that perform well online. Responsibilities Film content 2-3x per week in Marin County/San Rafael Create short-form business and lifestyle content Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc. Help brainstorm hooks, concepts, and trending content angles Capture behind-the-scenes business operations, meetings, real estate content, salon content, and entrepreneurial lifestyle footage Add captions, transitions, music, pacing, and social-first edits Organize footage and deliver edited content consistently Qualifications Experience shooting and editing short-form content Strong understanding of social media trends and retention-focused editing Portfolio with examples of high-performing or viral content preferred Skilled with camera angles, lighting, framing, and storytelling Able to direct scenes naturally and help with on-camera flow Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software Reliable transportation to San Rafael/Marin County Preferred Experience with business, entrepreneur, or real estate content Understanding of branding and audience growth Photography experience is a plus Drone footage experience is a plus Schedule Part-time 2-3 days per week Flexible scheduling depending on content days and projects Please send: Portfolio or social links Examples of videos you've shot and edited Any viral/high-performing content you've worked on Your equipment setup

Pay:
