Title:
Real Estate Videographer/Photographer —Sunnyvale, CA Dates:
half-day shoot, week of Aug 10-15 (exact date confirmed 48 hrs out)Rate:
$450-500/day DOE Need a hybrid shooter who does both video and stills well — not one with the other as an afterthought.The job:
2,250 sq ft single-family listing, ~3 hours on site. Interior/exterior stills (25-35 finals) plus listing video coverage — walkthrough movement, exterior approach, feature details. Shoot to cut horizontal and vertical. Deliver within 48 hours of shoot day: Edited stills — color-corrected, verticals straight. Raw video files — everything as shot, with LUT/profile notes. We edit video in-house, so this is a capture role. You're not cutting anything.You need:
- real estate or architectural work in your reel
- your own body, wide lenses, gimbal, lighting
- ability to run the day solo
- South Bay access
- reliable on a tight turnaround (property is on a fast sale timeline). Nice to have but not required, paid separately:
- Drone experience with FAA Part 107 certification
- Matterport experience or know someone who has.
