We are looking for a talented Bilingual Videographer & Video Editor to create short-form video content that educates, builds trust, and connects with our patients across social media and digital platforms. Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content including educational videos, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and provider introductions for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website. This position requires fluency in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our team and create Chinese-language content for our Mandarin-speaking patient community. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, understands healthcare brand positioning, and is comfortable working in a clinical environment with strict patient privacy standards. Key Responsibilities Content Planning Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a monthly social media video production calendar covering Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content. Propose content themes and formats that build engagement and authority, including educational content, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and provider interviews. Create bilingual (Mandarin/English) video content and adapt scripts, captions, and subtitles for Chinese-speaking audiences. Video & Photo Capture Record patient testimonials with prior written authorization from both the clinic and the patient. Document behind-the-scenes footage of consultations, procedures, and daily clinic operations, strictly respecting patient privacy and medical ethics. Produce educational video content featuring physicians and staff (treatment explanations, health tips, myth vs. fact segments, FAQ responses). Photograph and film clinic facilities to reinforce a premium, welcoming brand image. Capture professional imagery of procedures and technologies used. Editing & Post-Production Perform full video editing including cuts, color correction, audio adjustment, subtitles, titles, background music, and overlays. Add Chinese subtitles/captions and bilingual text overlays when needed. Optimize videos in vertical, horizontal, and square formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites. Retouch and edit photos for social media, website, and institutional materials. Deliver organized, publication-ready final files. Performance & Collaboration Monitor content performance (views, engagement, retention) and propose data-driven improvements. Suggest captions, call-to-actions, and video cuts to improve appointment conversions. Maintain the clinic's premium visual standard across all deliverables. Qualifications Required Proven experience in video shooting and editing, with a strong portfolio of short-form social media content. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking required; reading/writing preferred or required depending on content needs). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop (After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of social media video formats, pacing, and platform-specific best practices. Ability to work on-site in a clinical environment and follow strict patient privacy protocols. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay:
$26.30 - $31.67 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
