What You'll Shoot Real estate videography and drone footage: listing walkthroughs, aerial property tours, and agent brand content Home services content: aerial roof footage, solar installs, crew footage, and owner interviews Short-form social media video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Brand and commercial video, team reveals, and office content days This is a shoot-only role. You capture, our post-production team edits. Raw footage is delivered through Frame.io. Must Haves (Non-Negotiable) Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate Your own commercial-capable drone Your own professional cinema or mirrorless camera Your own gimbal or stabilizer Your own professional audio: wireless lav mics and on-camera or shotgun mic Your own portable lighting kit for interviews and interiors A reel or portfolio showing real client work, including aerial footage Strong instincts for vertical framing and short-form pacing Comfortable directing real people on camera: agents, contractors, and business owners Reliable transportation for shoots across Colorado Organized, fast footage delivery Bonus Points Drone liability insurance Experience requesting LAANC airspace authorizations in the Denver metro Real estate, architectural, or commercial videography experience Experience on active construction or job sites Bilingual English and Spanish How It Works 1099 independent contractor, paid per shoot You set your availability, we book shoots as client work comes in Contractors who consistently deliver get first call on new clients As OAX grows, we expect to open W2 positions and will look to our contractor team first To Apply Link to your reel or portfolio with aerial footage included.
