Realync Studios Independent Video Contractor Realync is seeking Independent Contractors to join our Nationwide Independent Contractor Network!

applicants must be located within 50 miles of Denver, CO to be considered for this listing. Video and 360 content capture must be done on site; editing and file transfer can be done off site. Contractors will create video content at apartment communities around your area for our growing multifamily technology company. This position is responsible for recording, editing, and publishing content at assigned properties per contracted specifications, using the Realync app and provided equipment. Notes about this role This is a Contractor role and does not have a guaranteed amount of hours per month; some markets will have monthly opportunities, some markets will be more project based. Content capture must happen Monday through Friday, during leasing office hours (typically 9 AM-6 PM). If that schedule doesn't work for you, this role isn't a fit. You will be visiting our clients (various apartment communities) within your local market to capture Realync video and 360 content: click-thrus and video. Content capture is on location; Realync video editing can be done off site.

Compensation:

paid per completed assignment, $200 minimum per job. A background check is required prior to your first assignment. Travel expenses are not reimbursed unless approved for a specific project. Mileage is reimbursed for site visits over 50 miles from your residence; pre-approved hotel costs are covered for multi-day assignments. Independent Contractor may NOT be currently employed by a current Realync client. Responsibilities The Contractor will coordinate directly with the Realync Studios Program Manager to organize, plan logistics, and set deadlines for each property in accordance with your schedule, and ensure work is up to standards and submitted on time.

Video Creation:

Record videos pre-determined by the client and the Realync Studios Program Manager. Videos consist of specific apartment units and amenities only.

Editing:

Within the Realync app, use all editing features to publish a polished, professional video, adding captions, trimming, cutting, music, etc.

Publishing:

Completed videos are edited and published to your Realync account within 24 hours of the property visit, and the Realync Studios Program Manager is notified the job is complete. 360

Content Creation:

Realync provides equipment to capture 360 Click Thru and 360 Video content. Some assignments require all 3 media types; others require just 1 or 2. Project commitments range from 3 hours on-site to multiple days, depending on scope and media captures. Qualifications Candidates with previous Realync experience will be given preferential consideration. Strong accountability and responsibility to complete projects within scope and schedule. Organized, self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, set and manage priorities for site visits, and show punctuality and professionalism at all times. Must complete the Realync Training Course for creating, editing, and publishing content, and submit a relevant test video prior to the first assignment. Training pay is issued upon completion of your first site visit. Must be able to provide reliable transportation or use public transit to arrive and depart site visits on schedule. Real estate videography/photography experience is preferred, but not required.
