This is not a traditional social media manager position. We are looking for someone who wants to create . You'll work directly alongside Riley Andrews and the Elite Golf Schools team, capturing the day-to-day moments that make great content: coaching sessions, player breakthroughs, conversations, golf instruction, behind-the-scenes moments, travel, events, and the process of building Elite Golf Schools. Your job is to recognize those moments, capture them, and turn them into content people want to watch. What You'll Do Film Riley and the Elite Golf Schools team during coaching, training, events, and day-to-day operations Identify compelling moments and stories without always needing to be told what to film Create and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Assist in producing long-form YouTube content Turn coaching sessions, conversations, player transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling stories Help develop recurring content series and new creative concepts Manage an organized library of photo and video content Collaborate with our existing team on content strategy and distribution Study performance and continually improve hooks, storytelling, editing, and content formats Help grow Elite Golf Schools and Elite Golf Online through organic content Who We're Looking For We're less interested in an impressive résumé than we are in finding someone with talent, hunger, creativity, and initiative . You may be a great fit if you: Love creating content Understand what makes people stop scrolling Have experience shooting and editing video Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form storytelling Can recognize a great content opportunity when it happens Are comfortable working quickly and experimenting Take initiative instead of waiting for constant direction Are competitive and genuinely want to get better at your craft Enjoy being around sports, athletes, coaches, and high-performance environments Want an opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain a social media account Golf knowledge is a plus, but it is not required. We would rather hire a great storyteller who can learn golf than a golf expert who doesn't know how to create compelling content.

The Opportunity:

Elite Golf Schools is an established golf instruction company with locations in Colorado and Arizona, an online coaching platform, and a growing digital audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. We believe there is a significant opportunity to grow the digital side of the company, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a major role in building it. For the right person, this position has room to grow far beyond simply filming and editing videos. Our goal is to eventually build a full digital media operation around the Elite Golf brand.
