• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Videographer & Editor to join our team. This role involves capturing, editing, and optimizing video specifically for reels and short form video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current trends, know how to produce engaging videos using a smartphone, and possess the skills to edit videos that resonate with online audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our social media presence through dynamic visual content. Responsibilities Record high-quality short form videos using a smartphone tailored for social media platforms. Edit video footage efficiently, ensuring a polished and engaging final product suitable for posting on Instagram Reels and TikTok. Save, export, and upload videos in appropriate formats optimized for social media sharing. Stay informed about current social media trends, popular content styles, and what types of posts perform well online. Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging and audience interests. Meet deadlines for content posting schedules. Monitor engagement metrics to understand what content resonates best and adjust video strategies accordingly. Experience Proven experience in video recording and editing, preferably for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Proficiency with smartphone editing tools and apps. Knowledge of current social media trends, viral challenges, and trending audio or visual styles. Ability to create visually appealing videos that capture attention quickly. Strong understanding of how to export videos in formats suitable for various social media channels. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling through visual content. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about social media content creation who are eager to develop their skills in videography and editing within a dynamic environment.
Pay:
$25.22 - $30.38 per hour
