Our clients come to us at the hardest moment of their lives, in English and in Spanish, and our marketing has to sound like people who understand that. This role is in-office and in-person. The role You are the firm's camera and its creative hands. You will spend real time alongside our founder, Vanessa, at the office, at events and between hearings, capturing the moments and the answers that make people trust a lawyer before they ever call. When you are not shooting, you are editing, designing, and bringing us ideas we would not have had. What you'll own

▪ Video capture and editing, start to finish. You shoot it, you cut it, you deliver it. Short-form vertical is most of it.

▪ Shadowing our founder and attorneys: being present, reading the room, and knowing when to pick up the camera.

▪ Bringing ideas. You are not a pair of hands waiting for a shot list. We want your instinct for what will land.

▪ Graphic design and static creative to our brand manual: social graphics, print pieces, event collateral, internal materials.

Photography:

headshots, office, events and candids we can use all year.

▪ Maintaining the raw asset library so nothing good gets lost.

▪ Ad hoc creative projects as needed. What you need

▪ 2-5 years producing video and creative professionally, with a reel of work you personally shot and edited.

▪ You own or are fluent with the gear (camera, audio, lighting) and you know what a usable take sounds like, not just looks like.

▪ Editing fluency: Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci or CapCut, plus Canva or Adobe for design.

▪ Bilingual English and Spanish, or comfortable working in both, because much of what you capture will be in Spanish.

▪ South Florida based, able to work in-office and travel between our offices and to events. Nice to have

▪ Motion graphics, sound design, or a photography background.
