Job Summary I'm a social media content creator looking for a creative, outgoing videographer to film lifestyle and vlog-style content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. I'm looking for someone who can come along with me and my friends and capture natural, candid, funny, and entertaining moments during our everyday lives, outings, events, trips, nights out, and other activities. The goal is for the content to feel authentic and personality-driven rather than overly staged or commercial. Think YouTube vlog/reality-style filming where the person behind the camera can blend into the group while still recognizing moments that would make great content. This is a freelance, ongoing opportunity based in Tampa, FL. I'm initially looking to film approximately 2-4 times per month, typically for 5-7 hours at a time. Scheduling will vary depending on activities and events. Responsibilities Film candid lifestyle and vlog-style content of me and my friends Capture conversations, funny moments, activities, outings, events, and behind-the-scenes moments naturally Recognize interesting or entertaining moments as they happen Capture a mix of footage that can be used for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and longer YouTube videos Maintain good video and audio quality while filming in different environments Work comfortably in casual and social settings Transfer and organize footage after each filming session Occasionally help brainstorm content ideas, shots, or moments when appropriate What I'm Looking For Experience with videography, social media content creation, YouTube, TikTok, or similar content Understanding of current TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends A natural, candid filming style Comfortable filming handheld and following people during activities rather than only filming staged shots Friendly, reliable, creative, and comfortable around groups of people Able to work independently and recognize good content opportunities without needing constant direction Must have access to appropriate filming equipment Must be located in or able to work locally in the Tampa, FL area Compensation $200-$300 per filming session depending on experience and session length. Most sessions will be approximately 5-7 hours. Editing is not required and, if needed, can be discussed and compensated separately. This has the potential to become a consistent, ongoing position for the right person.
