Endurion is looking for a qualified person to support our multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM. The Multimedia Specialist will provide Task Lead, staff, faculty, multimedia subject matter expertise support that assist in the execution of JSOU's educational support services with emphasis on military studies. The candidate shall perform the following tasks: Work with university faculty, staff, and SMEs in creating engaging multimedia products. Design, develop, and maintain digitally constructed learning products for university faculty and staff. Produce courseware using audio narration and editing, digital video production and editing, and video duplication. Support multimedia studio set-up and design, as well as manage and maintain studio equipment. Conduct tasking within the video management platforms in conjunction with the university faculty and staff. Upload and create all multimedia products to various multimedia management platforms. Advise Government task lead on the management of video product accessibility by using categories, tags, galleries, and groups as determined by the Government lead. Produce, analyze, synthesize, and adapt media products by using commercial tools such as Camtasia, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro, iMovie, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition to create rich media courseware. Create multimedia products for faculty and staff by using approved production practices. Develop and narrate tutorials for use in the e-Campus. Develop and shoot videos to support university faculty and staff. Duplicate and convert DVDs in support of university faculty and staff. Record and edit videos using still cameras, video editing, and audio editing equipment in support of university faculty and Staff.
Qualifications:
BA/BS required in related field such as Communications with an emphasis on Audio/Media Production. Degree must be from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized college/university. 2 years' Video and Audio Production experience. 2 years' experience operating personal computers, Apple computers, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Mac - based audio/video software.
Schedule:
0800-1700 Mon-Fri adjusted hours as needed.
