We're currently a small team of three and have been in business for ten years. We pride ourselves on a deliberate approach and the highest quality of work. We're looking to add a dedicated videographer and video editor to our team. You'd be working with the realtors to create videos for their listings as well as some brand content for them. Social media content and strategy could become a significant part of this role moving forward, depending on the right candidate. We will start compensation at $400 for a basic video, increasing based on complexity and add-ons the client may need.
The job entails:
On-site filming: 30- to 60-second listing videos of properties for social media; longer-form cinematic videos for listings or agent branding. 48-hour editing turnaround. Communicating with clients about their ideas for the videos, as well as driving your own creative vision for the work.
Our candidate must have:
Equipment - DSLR / mirrorless or digital cinematic camera, and a fairly current phone that can produce high-quality video. Gimbal, lapel mics, and a drone are also necessary, but we can provide them if needed. Editing software and proficiency in using it. An online portfolio or reel for us to see. Resumes or applications without a way to view your video work won't be considered. Reliable transportation around the city and suburbs. Part 107 drone license is a big plus. Real estate industry experience is desired but not necessary. An open schedule on weekdays, for regular working hours, with some evening work. Expected starting volume will be 2-3 shoots a week.
