Customers watch videos, comparing options and deciding who to trust, all on their own timeline. The videographers helping companies win that trust aren't just behind the camera. They're strategic partners who understand why the content exists, who It's for, and what it needs to accomplish. That's the work you'd be doing here at Baethke Plumbing. As our videographer , you'll own the entire video program: from strategy and pre-production through filming, editing, and publishing. You'll put our team members on camera and help them become the educators our buyers are looking for. You'll produce videos our sales team relies on to close deals faster. You'll build a YouTube presence that generates inbound interest around the clock. And you'll help us become the most trusted voice in our industry. This is a strategic role with real revenue impact. UJIJE Key Responsibilities:
Own the video strategy and content production in alignment with the
•Endless Customers
• framework. Produce a minimum of three videos per week, managing the full cycle from pre-production through publishing. Transport, set up, operate, and maintain all production equipment for location and studio. Interview and coach subject matter experts to perform confidently on camera Support the sales team in setting up and optimizing their 1:1 and 1: Many Own the video production calendar in collaboration with the Content Manager and sales Optimize all video content for YouTube, the website, social platforms, and the video hosting platform. Collect B-roll footage and maintain an organized library of production Use AI tools to improve production efficiency, including captioning, color correction, audio enhancement, and short-form repurposing. Track and report on video performance and stay current on emerging tools Educational Background A degree in film production, broadcast journalism, multimedia production, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated skills through a strong portfolio and proven production experience will be considered in place of formal education.
Technical Qualifications:
Proficient with professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere and After Effects, or Motion experience preferred. Familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator for thumbnails and basic graphics is a plus. Proficient with storyboarding, scripting, and pre-production Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio quality Understanding of branding fundamentals and how to represent a company's visual identity consistently. Skilled at interviewing and getting the most out of non-professional on-camera talent Experience with camera systems and audio equipment across location and studio Proficient with YouTube Studio, including publishing, optimization, and Familiarity with video hosting platforms such as Wistia or Experience with AI production tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
