Gruening Health & Wealth is looking for a creative, motivated videographer/content creator to join our growing media team in Springfield, IL. This role involves filming and editing high-quality content for social media, commercials, podcasts, educational videos, events, and client marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on creative role with opportunities for travel, real-world production experience, and consistent project-based work. Responsibilities Film professional video content for social media, ads, podcasts, workshops, and events Assist with lighting, audio, and camera setup Edit short-form and long-form content Work directly with clients and team members during shoots Travel for production days when needed Organize footage and maintain project files Help execute creative ideas and content strategies Qualifications Experience with videography and/or video editing Comfortable operating cameras, audio, and lighting equipment Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work independently and on a team Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots Preferred Qualifications Experience creating social media content Knowledge of video editing (Premiere, Capcut, Davinci) Photography experience is a plus Motion graphics or After Effects experience is a plus Job Type Full time About Us Gruening Health & Wealth is a Medicare and retirement-focused company that produces educational, commercial, and storytelling-based content for both internal brands and partner organizations.
