Job Description
About the Role POLA Marketing is seeking a skilled Videographer/Editor to create compelling video content for our clients and brand. From concept through final cut, you'll handle the full production lifecycle—shooting on location and editing polished, professional deliverables that drive results across digital and social platforms. Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for web, social media, advertising, and client campaigns Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location and in studio Edit footage into finished pieces, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and titling Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts, storyboards, and creative direction Manage the full production workflow, from pre-production planning through final delivery Organize, archive, and maintain video assets and equipment Ensure all content aligns with client brand standards and messaging Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines Qualifications Proven professional experience as a videographer and editor (portfolio/reel required) Proficiency with professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Strong command of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording Experience with motion graphics and color grading Excellent storytelling and visual composition skills Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Preferred Experience producing content in an agency or marketing environment Drone videography experience (Part 107 certification a plus) Familiarity with current social media video formats and trends How to Apply Submit your resume, cover letter, and a demo reel or portfolio link to Hello@polamarketing.com
