We're building a talented team from the ground up and looking for someone who wants to grow with the show. I'm looking for a reliable videographer who wants to grow with a long-term project. This is a great opportunity for a film student, media student, recent graduate, or aspiring content creator looking to build experience and be part of something from the beginning. Episodes are filmed in person at various locations depending on the guest, so reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are important. Responsibilities Set up and operate camera equipment for podcast recordings. Capture high-quality video and audio. Help with basic setup and teardown. Transfer footage after each recording. (Optional) Edit episodes for an additional rate.
Equipment I will provide:
Microphones At least one camera Recording concept and production plan If you have your own camera or additional equipment, that's a plus but not required. Compensation $50 per episode for recording only (typically 1-2 hours on-site). Additional compensation will be considered if you provide your own professional equipment. As the podcast grows and generates revenue, I plan to increase pay for the right person. My goal is to build a long-term working relationship with someone who wants to grow alongside the project. Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and always on time. Passionate about video production. Comfortable filming on location. Detail-oriented and professional. A good communicator.
