Job Description

Job Overview Dungarees is seeking an experienced Video Content Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for creating engaging video marketing content to support the marketing, e-commerce, and brand building initiatives for Dungarees and its subsidiary brands, such as Taylor Toolworks & Jack Rivet. Your role will involve planning, shooting, editing, and publishing to our distribution channels, such as social media, website, email marketing campaigns, and Youtube channels for products including wood working tools, workwear clothing, and accessories. This role will also be responsible for monitoring video trends and best practices, and reporting video performance metrics to management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production, social media marketing, and graphic design, with a proven track record of driving engagement. Excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Produce and edit high-quality video content to be used in a variety of formats across several digital marketing channels. Creating both long and short form videos, including but not limited to: Short digital ads, How-to/educational videos, Brand-building videos, Product videos Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Product teams to showcase products, educate customers, tell compelling brand stories, and drive customer engagement and sales across multiple digital channels. Capture high-quality video in multiple formats and aspect ratios optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Report on video performance to Dungarees leadership to help improve engagement and sales Identify, adapt, and execute video trends, specifically in the social space, to improve brand awareness and engagement Archive and manage raw video assets for future deployment Maintain production equipment, including audio, video, lighting etc.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience using video editing and motion graphics software within the Adobe Creative Suite High proficiency in video production, video composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling. Experience creating content for YouTube and social media platforms. Independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail, accuracy, and in an organized manner. Capable of meeting deadlines Possess a high regard for confidentiality. An NDA will be required for this position. Previous experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing field is recommended. Woodworking experience is a bonus (but not necessary) Dungarees is proud to be Employee Owned.
Pay:
$46,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
