This individual will be responsible for the primary execution and delivery of most video, photo and animated content produced by the company, under the guidance of current creative standards and style. Applicants should possess a sharp intuition for authentic storytelling that speaks to each client's story and brand needs. Proficiency in the video and animation side of the Adobe Suite is essential in this role, and experience in all Adobe products is welcomed. We're looking for someone who can own the production experience, can execute upon it in a timely manner and do so while maintaining a stellar relationship with the clients we serve. Mornings, evenings and weekends are occasionally required in this role but are not regular. Minimum Technical Qualifications 5+ years of experience in professional video production Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in operating Sony video equipment Proficiency in operating audio, lighting and other video equipment Ability to obtain the Part 107 drone certification, if not currently in possession Maintain company file structure with regard to assets Consistently lead pre-production efforts Ability to lead shoots and stay on-schedule while capturing all needed assets Proficiency in color grading, audio mixing/sound design and graphic buildouts Self-manage project deadlines of all lengths with consideration for feedback time Self-manage numerous projects simultaneously Preferred Additional Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender Proficiency flying commercial drones Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom Minimum Professional Qualifications Ability to learn client goals and develop content ideas that match their needs Ability to adapt on the fly in both filming and editing situations Stellar time management skills Stellar understanding of all professional videography, lighting, audio and editing principles Ability to consistently work well with internal team and external partners Ability to collaborate as well as work independently, this is a role for self-starters Reliable transportation to and from the office daily Ability to be on-time for all shoots/events/travel schedules Ability to maintain a 7am to 4pm daily work schedule We're Searching for
