Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a high-level videographer who can take full ownership of shoots, lead production, and ensure top-tier execution across multiple clients. You should be able to walk onto a shoot and run everything without direction. Responsibilities Lead and execute shoots independently Direct clients on camera (delivery, positioning, confidence) Handle lighting, audio, and full camera setups Capture high-quality footage in fast-paced environments Ensure content aligns with marketing strategy Coordinate with editors for efficient workflow Manage shoot timelines and client expectations Troubleshoot issues on-site without slowing production Requirements Extensive experience filming short-form content for businesses Advanced experience with Sony / Canon systems (FX3, etc.) Deep understanding of log shooting, exposure, and lighting High-level gimbal and handheld shooting ability FAA Part 107 Drone License (required) Strong experience with Premiere Pro + After Effects Ability to direct clients confidently on camera Experience working in fast-paced or agency environments Strong communication + leadership skills Reliable transportation Valid Driver's license Must be local to Long Island Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Strong portfolio required What We're Looking For Can run shoots without supervision Thinks in terms of content performance, not just visuals Handles pressure, clients, and problems in real time Takes ownership of results
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
