In this role, you will be responsible for operating teleprompters seamlessly during live broadcasts, recordings, and video productions. Your expertise will ensure smooth delivery of on-camera content, allowing presenters and hosts to communicate confidently and effectively. Responsibilities Set up and operate teleprompter equipment for live broadcasts, recorded videos, and special events. Collaborate with directors, producers, and on-camera talent to customize scripts and timing for optimal delivery. Monitor teleprompter scripts in real-time, making quick adjustments as needed to maintain flow and accuracy. Ensure all technical aspects of teleprompter operation are functioning correctly before each shoot or broadcast. Maintain a clean and organized workspace for all teleprompter equipment and accessories. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during production. Support the broader video production team with related tasks such as filming, editing, or post-production when required. Qualifications Proven experience operating teleprompters in a professional setting, including live broadcasts or studio recordings. Strong familiarity with video production software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and After Effects. Knowledge of filming techniques, videography, photography, and post-production processes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and on-camera talent effectively. Technical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly during live sessions.
