This is a hybrid production role . We create everything from commercials, client testimonials, and branded videos to YouTube shows, social media campaigns, Reels, and Shorts. We're looking for someone with professional experience in commercial video production. You'll work in a full studio environment alongside a creative team as we produce content for clients and build a new YouTube show. What You'll Do Film and edit commercials and branded content Film interviews, promotional videos, and corporate/branded productions Film and edit long-form YouTube content Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment Work with clients and the creative team to bring concepts to life Assist with pre-production, including shot lists, storyboards, and production planning Edit projects Handle color correction, color grading, audio mixing, music, graphics, and motion graphics What We're Looking For Professional experience in commercial videography and video editing Experience producing commercials, TV ads, client testimonials, branded content, or corporate videos Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and storytelling Experience operating professional camera and audio equipment Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite Ability to take a project from concept and production through final edit Ability to adapt traditional commercial production into content that works across digital platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team A strong portfolio/reel demonstrating professional video work The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate understands both sides of modern video production . You know how to properly light an interview, capture clean audio, compose a professional commercial shot, and tell a story through an edit; but you also understand that a great video needs to grab attention and perform online. You should be comfortable shooting a polished 30-second commercial for a client one day and filming a high-energy YouTube production or social campaign the next.
