We're looking for a Videographer & Editor to join our growing creative team and work with established creators (1.4+million followers) and help us build a brand-new YouTube show and social media presence from the ground up. You'll work out of our full-scale studio alongside a team of creators, producers, videographers, and editors to create fun, energetic, highly engaging content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a traditional corporate video job. We're looking for someone who loves creating content, understands social media, and knows what makes people stop scrolling and watch. What You'll Do Film short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Edit engaging, fast-paced vertical videos designed for social media Help develop creative ideas, hooks, and concepts Capture behind-the-scenes footage and moments during YouTube productions Work alongside our creative team to turn ideas into highly shareable content Understand current social media trends, editing styles, sounds, hooks, and pacing Select the best moments from longer videos and turn them into compelling short-form content Add captions, graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements that increase engagement Help create content that is funny, energetic, entertaining, and family-friendly Occasionally assist with filming and editing longer-form YouTube content What We're Looking For Experience filming and editing short-form social media content Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a video entertaining Ability to operate cameras and basic production equipment Creative mindset and willingness to experiment Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Portfolio or examples of your work required
