Job Summary ( Full time) We are seeking a dynamic and creative Videographer/Editor to bring visual stories to life through compelling video content . In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing videos with precision, and producing engaging multimedia that resonates with diverse audiences. Your expertise in videography and post-production will be essential in creating visually stunning content that elevates our brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties & Responsibilities Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, internal communications, customer stories, and promotional initiatives. Develop and execute a video content strategy that aligns with company goals, brand messaging, and audience engagement. Manage and grow the company's presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms through consistent, engaging video content. Build brand awareness by creating compelling visual stories that educate, entertain, and inspire target audiences. Increase followers, subscribers, engagement, and overall audience growth through creative content and platform-specific best practices. Collaborate with technicians, team members, and customers to capture authentic stories, project highlights, and behind-the-scenes content. Record video using professional cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and production gear to ensure exceptional production quality. Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software) to create polished, on-brand videos optimized for multiple platforms. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, or similar creative tools to enhance storytelling. Test new content formats, creative concepts, and video trends to continually improve performance and audience engagement. Monitor video and social media analytics, measure campaign performance, and use insights to optimize future content. Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, ensuring files are properly archived and meet technical specifications and brand standards. Stay current on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging video techniques to keep content fresh and competitive. Qualifications 1 year or more experience Proven experience in videography, video editing, and post-production workflows demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects Solid understanding of filming techniques, camera operation, lighting design, and sound recording Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team Join us as a Videographer/Editor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing captivating content that inspires audiences worldwide!

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
